How do I renew my card?

Please log into your account https://catalog.washoecountylibrary.us/MyAccount/Home , review your personal details and update/confirm your information, and click VERIFY/UPDATE CONTACT INFORMATION at the bottom of the screen.  This begins the renewal process.  It should be done within 24 hours.

By default, the PIN is the last four digits of the phone number provided when the card was issued.  If that doesn’t work or if you have forgotten your PIN/Password, you can reset it here: https://catalog.washoecountylibrary.us/MyAccount/EmailResetPin  

The reset link will be sent to the email on the account at time of issue, which may be a text message.

If there is no email associated with the account, you will not receive a reset link.

Call any open library with your library card number handy and staff can renew it for you.

The library does not have a way to send notifications when cards have been renewed; please check your library account or Libby to verify that the card has been renewed.
